Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA), Allie and John Medvecky’s journey together began in 2015 when they made the bold move to Texas. Their shared values of family, faith, and hustle set the foundation for both their personal and professional lives, eventually leading them to establish JAM Accounting, LLC—a family-owned, client-focused accounting firm with a deep commitment to integrity, hard work, and community.

Allie Medvecky, CPA
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kutztown University, Allie brings years of experience in public accounting, specializing in small business and assurance services. Her transition to the private sector was marked by her role as Director of Finance at a Texas-based Contract Research Organization (CRO), where she helped a growing company become fully GAAP-compliant with strong accounting systems and processes. Allie’s passion for numbers is matched only by her love for helping clients achieve financial success. Outside of work, she’s dedicated to staying active, spending time with her husband, their toddler Jay, and their Goldendoodle, Beau.

John Medvecky
John’s professional journey took him from NEPA to Texas, where he transitioned into a successful career in accounting. A proud graduate of Albright College, where he played baseball, John started his career in tax at CST Brands and later moved to Valero Energy Corporation, where he honed his skills as an accountant for six years. Now, as a co-founder of JAM Accounting, John is passionate about helping small businesses navigate the complexities of finance. When he's not working on growing the firm, you’ll likely find him bass fishing on his boat or spending quality time with his family.
